A teacher uploaded this work in Arabic by Mufti Taqi Usmani called 'Buhuth fi Qadaya Fiqhiyya Mu'asira' in 454 pages. It mainly deals with economic issues. But also on topics such as the meat of the ahl al-kitab and some other contemporary masa'il such as handshaking, marrying non-muslims, traveling without a mahram etc:
