The term you are referring to is an creation of the West and it's puppet media, they generally percieve moderate muslims observing the basic arkaan/tennents also as fundamentalists or extremists at times (mostly perceptions....)

to achieve globalisation, muslim countries must be neutralised -they should pose no threat to israel and in turn usa.
