i can vouch for manuka honey, there are some good websites where one can easily buy it. manukahoney.co.uk is one.
for the record, manuka is analysed in labs, certifed, tagged, given batch numbers and plenty of medical institutes use it. The christies cancer hospital also uses in on throat cancer patients.
with regards to sidr honey - i dont really know much about it. i will add caution (no offense intended) about how genuine it really it. its like buying a car without a log book and no service history.
the book tibb nabawi relates many many good benefits of honey, but never breaks it down to the origins of honey, but rather to the colour etc. to the best of my knowledge sidr honey isnt mentioned in there (i hope im not wrong).
need a mufassir expert to give the views of the Quran and Hadith to prove that honey from the sidr tree is better than other honeys as the ayats presented by the brother do not explicitly say honey or any food form.

you dont know how much anti bacterial and anti oxidant levels your pot of honey contains. some low grade honeys are no better than sugar. Its similar with the Munuka, the honey is graded, you pay top end for the best and reasonable or everyday prices for the normal stuff.
Next question - is your sidr honey rated in a lab about how much anti bacterial and anti oxidant levels it contains?
