Salam Alaykum,
I read many times one of the matters raised with respect to Islamic Law among non-Muslims is the issue of testimony of a non-Muslim in an Islamic country.
Specifically, the main point raised is why can't a non-Muslim testify against a Muslim, and why is the non-Muslim's witness discarded altogether.
I would like some knowledgeable person to explain the true position of the Islamic Shariah on this issue, since it even confuses many Muslims.
