    Qul huwa lahu ahad
Death asked Life; "Why does everyone hate me but love you?" Life replied; "Because I am a beautiful lie & you are a painful truth".
So Life asked Death; "Then, why do the believers prefer you over me?" Death replied ,"Because you are a painful deception and I am a beautiful relief."

    SalamuAlaikum,

The easiest for me to learn was, Al-Fatiha, Ikhlas, Falaq, Nas, Al-Kauthar, Quraish, etc. Basically all the short Surahs..all due to Allah (swt) soothing mercy.

P.S. Sorry had to put my two cents in, even though I'm not a convert Muslim.

Salâm Alaykum wa Rahmatullâh wa Barakâtuh

The easiest Surah to learn are the shorter. The best is to start by Al Fatiha(compulsory for the Salah), then learning from An Nas to Al Baqara , insha Allâh.

But it's very difficult to pronounce well when you are not Arabic speaker, for example, I still have trouble with the word "Qoul" (قُلْ), and the letter "Kaf" (ق) in general.

Wa Alaykum Salâm wa Rahmatullâh wa Barakâtuh

    Assalam alaikum

I found Surah Ikhlas (Qul huwa Allahu Ahad) to be the easiest).

It took some time for the other Surahs, and even to get the Qul (قُلْ) right as sister mentioned above. The best thing for me was going in Jamaat (Tabligh). I learnt more Surahs and my recitation became much better, even to the point where brothers are (jokingly) asking me if I'm part Arab. Alhamdulillah.

Of course though it depends on who is in your Jamaat as some brothers pronounce the letters very strangley to the point of them sounding like other letters, i.e. ذ as zaal.

But as I said first of all Surah Ikhlas I feel was the easiest for me.

Sis Dhameera! How have you been? Missed seeing you around here

I am still terrible with my arabic, so I haven't had much success in learning surahs. Al-Fatiha is so far my favorite. (to stay on topic )
