salam, ever tried using olive oil it as a moisturiser. best time to apply to the skin is straight after a shower. pores are open, therefore skin absorbs the oil well. and also use it as a make up remover!

ill leave you to discover the results!

If you are going to use olive oil either in food or applied on the body, you must use the best olive oil you can get otherwise there really is no benefit from it. It must be extra virgin and cold pressed for the best oil.

If the bottle is costing you less than around £9-£10 a bottle it won't be the best quality. I would recommend the Zaytoun range of oils, they are really good! You can buy them online or check your local health shops they may stock them too: http://www.zaytoun.org/products/cata...gin-olive-oil/
‘Good and evil can never be equal. Repel (evil) with that which is better, and see how, then, someone between whom and you was enmity shall become a true friend. Yet none is given such goodness except those who are patient; none is given this but the most fortunate.’
