Pig leather question

Salam all, I had posted this in another thread, but never got a reply, I'd like to know if it is ok to follow this ruling on wearing pig leather from the book I mention below:

I have a book "Al-Fiqh al-Islami According to the Hanafi Madhhab" by Sh Mohammad Akram Nadwi. In it, purifying a hide is discussed and it states "scholars agree that tanning purifies the hide and the fur of any dead animal. However, they disagree on whether tanning can purify the hide of a pig. Abu Yusuf holds that it can. Considering this view, boots, shoes, belts or anything else made of tanned pig's hide are allowed."

The view of permissiblity has been classified as a weak view in the madhab, contrary to the reliable Mufta bihi position narrated in the books of Zahir ar-Riyawah directly from the imams of the madhab.

The book "Al-Fiqh al-Islami According to the Hanafi Madhhab" does seem to contain a number of weak positions and as such shouldn't be relied upon to ascertain the correct view of the madhab.

respected mufti saab, didn´t u had intention to go through this book and do some notes about some topic which are weak view of madhab?

I do, but have not yet purchased a copy of the book.
It isn't available here in South Africa, so I wil have to order it online.

Any advice on a good online store that stocks it with decently priced postage to South Africa?

He wouldn't know most of the time but would be under the impression that the view he found is the reliable one.
At times, he might know that he in going contrary to the reliable position, but views the position he has adopted as stronger or more suitable or might pay no importance to sticking to the mufta bihi view.
