Default Dead fly in a bottle of honey

A brother took us a bottle of pure honey from Senegal; tastes quite good and sweet.. ;-)

Well, while dividing this honey among us, a brother had found a dead fly inside this bottle, immersed in the honey, and had been there for at least a pair of days.
I got this doubt: does this renders the whole honey najas or can I eat it?

And aside Fiqh, could a fly spread some disease? :-/

it could be a bee instead of a fly in that jar, considering it is honey

Yeah I also had thought it was a bee, but after looking better we realized it was a fly.

My concern is that it had been in the honey for at least two days: does this change anything about the purity and permissibility of that honey? Or it's just as if it had just fallen inside and then suddenly taken away?

I mean, is the time in which it had been immersed in the honey relevant, or it doesn't matter if it stays there for five seconds or five days?
