Al Muhannad - Questions? Please see!

I had a HUGE request and would be very very grateful if one of the brothers could post all 26 questions from Al Muhannad. (no need for the answers - just the questions would be great!)

I can't read Urdu nor do I have the necessary Arabic to go through the book myself (May Allah give the ability in the future inshaAllah).

However, it was AFTER I read the link that I decided to enquire on sunniforum . The fatwa didn't have too many details on the book apart from its background + the edits by Mufti Ibn Adam.

Would appreciate it if someone could post all 26 questions. Here's a link if you understand urdu, (can be a basis for translation):
