    the namaz is valid
The reason for all trouble on earth, is that people have lost sight of their Lord’s Will behind all events. They have lost sight of the hand of the One Who is testing them through those events. They have stopped seeing events as tests from their Lord. Therefore they continue failing those tests. "

makruh doesnt mean invalid. Your salah is accepted, but the act was disliked.

Like you eat food to full fill your hunger, but it didnīt taste good.

so here is 2 aspect, hunger and taste, 1st aspect is full filled which is the most importent one, but 2nd aspect isnīt full filled totally.

    Asslamo Allaikum,

You should avoid pictures on clothes/watches etc. in general but the question here is:

Is the picture (on the watch) visible while you are praying OR is it hidden?
