Is it permissible to take one's mother in-law on Hajj? Is one considered a Mahram to one's Mother in-Law?

Also, is the ruling the same if one's mother in-law is young and attractive?

Yes, your mother-in-law is considered a mahram.

Can a mother-in-law perform Hajj with her son in law?
A son-in-law is a Mahram (to the mother-in-law) according to the Shari'ah. Hence the mother-in-law can perform Hajj with her son in law.
