Please Recommend a Biography of Imam Ali (ra)
As salamu alaykum,
Could someone please recommend a good biography of Imam Ali (ra)? There doesn't seem to be much Sunni scholarship on Ali (ra) that has been translated into English. For some reason Darusalaam bookstores have biographies on all the Rashidun Khalifas, but Ali (ra)....hmmm. Anway, recommendations?

I just made a search in Arabic and found lots of Non-Shii Bios of the Imam as well as audio files ect... however When i tried doing this in English I got nothing but Shiite Sources which seems a bit weird to me..Originally Posted by The Milk Sheikh

Anyway as Far as my limited Knowledge Every Book Written on Sahaba has a Section about Ali RAA.
