    Salaam,

Has anyone here watched this cartoon ??

    any good ?

"The story follows a group of preternaturally gifted Muslims: The 99, each with a superpower that mirrors one of the 99 attributes of Allah"

Isn't this shirk.... or really close to shirk ?

if all is O.K then I think its a good idea

But first at the man in the mirror so I can chase out the venom"

Even IF portraying "people" with "superpowers that mirror the 99 attributes of Allah" was permissible, then I can't help noticing that the "heroes" wear tight clothing, are cleanshaven/don't wear hijab etc.

In my opionion this is like serving alcohol but calling it foamy cola or something.

aw. i would say it is shirk. not sure who the makers are and what they are trying.

the attributes of allah cannot be portrait in physical form. just imagine the effect it will have on kids. who having watched these whenver they hear or read any of the 99 names of Allah will naturaly picture these charcters.

the same as the film the massage, each time a sahabi is mentioned that featured in the film the mind goes to those charcters.

    may Allah guide the Ummah.
