I need 3 examples of fardhay kifaya, and also does anyone have the book "dewaan-ul-insha", or even if not I just want to know the authors name, please quick, anyone???

Sciences whose knowledge is deemed fard kifāyah comprise [all] sciences which are indispensable for the welfare of this world such as: medicine which is necessary for the life of the body, arithmetic for daily transactions and the divisions of legacies and inheritances, as well as others. These are the sciences which, because of their absence, the community would be reduced to narrow straits.

qital is the most famous issue which has always stirred up the most debate about fardh ul kifayah and fardh ul ain...it is such a serious issue that according to some of the mufasireen and sahabah those that engage in qitaal without their parents permission when its only fardh ul kifayah will be left in al-araaf(the station between jannah and jahanam)...but this is not the case when its fardh ul ain....
i would have loved to have discussed this on the forum further but most likely the thread would get deleted....
