The fatwa isn't by Mufti Taqi Usmani but by Darul-uloom Karachi and here is the English translation:

The second is also not by Mufti Taqi Usmani but by Darul-uloom Karachi

The third (attached PDF) has nothing to do with Dr Zakir Naik
