I recently joined sunniforum .

I am from india and follow the hanafi school of thought . and yes u can say deobandi.

how can i benefit from this website ? i liked posts by Brother SAAD who is a senior member.

and if anyone can give me names of other senior members whom i can add in my list and may be they can guide me further to benefit from this website ..

You might refer to "Husain" who is a mufti and the ameer of Sunniforum, "abuhajira", "saad" and "hamood" among others.

Heya Colonel Hardstone...I looked at the posts for Ibn Farooq hanbali fiqh lessons and made my way to his web-site but it says "fiqh in the light of the quraan and sunnah'. Now either way, all fiqh is in the light of the quraan and sunnah but there is no reference that I saw to indicate that it is specifically hanbali fiqh. I have been learning for 2 years now face to face but am soon to emigrate and wont have access to Ulima, so I just wanted to confirm that the fiqh is specifically hanbali fiqh. I hope that made sense as the internet maybe my only resource in a week or so.

I am from UP currently working in Bangalore . Im Single

will introduce you about myself..

i was not a practising muslim in no way i was very far just a muslim by name. i still remember my old days i cudnt go to sleep without listning to heavy metal songs like metallica, ironmaiden etc .

oneday late at night this thought came to my mind i should just go into sujood . i performed wudu and directly went into sujood and started saying subhanallah walhumdulllilah walailaha illallah wallahu akbar and i started to weep for 15-20mins.

dont know what happened i never wept like this before . so i started to think why i wept why am i so far from islam . so i decided i should read about it deeply. since i had ghair muqalideen friends they gave me books and i started to like them in the begining and buyed many books on my own from darussalam.

but i realised soon that something is missing , this is not islam . when i went home i argued with my elders why we need abu hanifa r.a , why deobandi scholars there beliefs are corrupt etc etc (since these friends of mine showed me many dvd's and cd so called labelling deobandis as kafir etc etc specially cd by miraj rabbani)

my elder bro who is very very practising muslim and a regular visitor of ask-imam.com told me to stay away from these people and even my elders said the samething to me . one of them told me since when did people start learning islam by watching cd dvds .

have your friends gone through fiqh? hadiths course etc?

the hate for deobanids and auliya Allah they sewed so much in my heart that i started to laugh at stories of auliya allah saying to myself omg this is too much.

e.g these ahle hadith devils used to say to me One pious person he used to read 100 rakah namaz in onenight and this dumb friend he took out his watch and started calculating time and then said to me its impossible.

i was very much confused and prayed to Allah to guide me towards the straight path . then i came across many websites www.ask-imam.com , my elder bro gave me a book "THE LEGAL STATUS OF FOLLOWING A MADHAB" BY MUFTI SHAFI USMANI or taqi usmani .

things started to get clear and started to read about these ahle-hadith people how they came , about abdul wahab , etc

few things that shocked me where i never heard since my childhood about tawheed rubuwiyah , ulluhiyah etc and i started to get doubts in my head.

Allah having a jism , hand etc astagfirullah were all new to me .

i have never seen anyone with so much hate towards scholars of deoband like these people and also regarding imam abu hanifa r.a

i repented to Allah , cried a lot for making fun of those great scholars of deoband and auliya Allah .

few months ago i bought Hayatus Sahaba , muslim way of life by maulana ashraf ali thanvi r.a , what happens after death.

also these evil ghair muqaldeen told me maulana zakariya r.a was mentally ill astagfirullah . also onething i realised they labelled everyone as kafir , mushrik, out of islam and i was shocked at their behaviour. i even told them bro why do u say such about someone whohas passed away . dont curse anyone in islam, specially your brothers and they said well u dont know these people were deviated from the straight path .. astagfirullah

where i live in Bangalore there is a mosque hanafi mosque and these friends of mine never come there despite their home being in the same lane . the reason coz the imam is hanafi and deobandi their beliefs are deviated.

thats it i had enuff of these people now i started asking them questions and showed them whatever i can with my limited knowledge. i even showed them hadith about not doing rafa dain some 42 hadiths and do u know what he told me.

oh bro hanafi's copy and paste the same hadith everywhere.
i was shocked to hear such stupid and ridiculous excuse.

I swear by Allah now whenever i meet a ahle-hadith i hate them from my heart . ive stop even being in touch with my friends, if they come to me i say hi and talk a little and excuse myself.

dont take me wrong bros , due to these people i abused the gr8 scholars of deoband and auliya allah.

whenever i think about this i cry and pray to Allah forgive me and have mercy upon me for what i did in foolishness.

RECENTLY I CAME ACROSS THE BOOKS OF HAZRATJI ZULFIQAR AHMAD NAQSHBANDI , LOVE FOR ALLAH , LOVE FOR THE MESSENGER ETC ALL FROM HIS WEBSITE AND IM so much impressed by it.

what i was looking for such a long time i have found it . reading his books i get this thought THIS IS ISLAM THIS IS ISLAM THIS IS ISLAM

and this other gair-muqaldeen came and tried to give me an evil book called "TASAWUFF KI HAQEEQAT" and a dvd "QADIYANI HI KAFIR KYON" i told him i dont want it , nothing from you guys...


LOOKING AT THE NAMES OF THESE TWO EVIL BOOK AND DVD IKNEW WHATS INSIDE IT . ANOTHER HATE FOR YOUR MUSLIM BRO . LABELLING THEM AS KAFIR'S

MAY ALLAH PROTECT ME AND US FROM THIS FITNA OF GHAIR-MUQALIDEEN

nowdays reading books by hazratji , inshallah will buy fazail amal and behasti zevar on my own and read them .

among all of what little knowledge i read on internet i liked the Sufi - Naqshbandi tarika of Hazratji zulfiqar ahmad naqshbandi ( may Allah keep him in a very good health)

inshallah oneday will meet any of his khulafa in bangalore and learn more from them

Forgive me but i think you comments above seems to labbeling SF as platform for only refuting the above groups you mentioned. But SF has much much more than that for the people who want to learn and practice Islam.

Assalaam'aaleykum!

Your journey to traditional Islam isn't much different from mine. Even I fell into the trap of Pseudo Salafiyyah during my early days of becoming a practicing Muslim and before that there was a time when after reading the materials of Submitters cult, I started questioning the authenticity of Ahadith. But that that period lasted for a very few days. Alhamdu'lillah!

I don't remember how I stumbled upon Sunniforum but I am really thankful to Allah Ta'ala that he chose me to be in the company of so many Beautiful Muslim brothers and sisters. If it weren't for these brothers and sisters on SF, [Allah hu Alam] I don't know what would have happened to my Iman. Seriously!

Bhai 100islamwarrior, you should also be thankful to Allah Ta'ala that He [Subhan Wa ta'ala] has saved you from the biggest Fitnah of these days and has brought you back to the real and traditional Islam.

P.S - Where in U.P do you come from? I am asking this because I am also from U.P [Muzaffar Nagar].
