Assalaamu 'Alaikum. For that very reason I have created a thread. I know very little of him. All I know is that he lives in Madina Munawwarah and has some connection with Hazrat Shaikhul 'Hadis Moulana Abdur Rahim Motala Sahab As Surti (DB), Hazrat Shaikhul 'Hadis Moulana Yusuf Motala Sahab (DB), and Hazrat Shaikhul 'Hadis Moulana Muhammad Yunus Sahab Al Jaunpuri (DB). My mother has his telephone number in her possession, but she knew very little of him as well. Inshallah, I will try and find out more, but I wanted to see if anyone on Sunni Forum had any information on him.

i think he is called maulana yunus sahib

he is young, he is khadim of sheikh yunus jaunpuri. he travels with him on most international travels

he is youngish, has family in the uk (sister) but he is actually indian.

he might be a mufti but i think he calls himself a maulana out of respect for sheikh sahib, that what i think so dont quote me on it.

met him two times, he is a good person, comes to uk often.

he knows all the deo ulema very well as he is a resident in medina so he meets all the ulema who pass through medina. his father in law who also lives in medina is a big sufi sheikh.
