    Download them from here.

    The file includes the following:
CTraditional Arabic - The Arabic font with the most symbols
    AGA Arabesque
AGA Arabesque Desktop- Both these contain a number of symbols
Sahabah رضي الله عنهم would cling fast to the Sunnah, on account of it being Sunnah, while we discard the Sunnah, on account of it being (just) Sunnah!

May I ask the same question here:

It would be so much better to have a font that links the symbol to the real sentence, such as, when you type whole sentence (sallahu alayhi wasallam):

    صلى الله عليه وسلم

then it turns this sentence into a beautiful symbol. The benefit of such font is that whenever you copy/paste the text you don't end up have some Latin characters inside the text.

Anyone knows if this is possible?

How does one insert these on MS Word?

What you want can be done not by a font but by an auto text expansion feature provided by the operating system or some other software. Then you don't even have to type the whole expression or sentence. You have to set up an abbreviation and its corresponding expanded form just once. Then everytime you type, for example, mh and press the spacebar, mh automatically expands to Muḥammad (صَلَّى ٱللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) or Muḥammad (ﷺ) according to the corresponding customised expansion form. In Word you can use the Autocorrect feature to do this to some extent.

The reason why you end up with Latin characters is that the font in question uses Basic Latin and Latin 1 character encodings for the 'fake' glyphs that it displays (to the user); as far as the computer is concerned they are merely Aa to Zz, 0 to 9 and non alphanumeric characters within the Basic Latin and Latin 1 range.
This problem will not happen with fonts which conform to Unicode where each character has a unique code point assigned to it, so it remains intact from one font to another or from one platform to another.
