Assalam o alaykum,

I just know that he is a student of both Safdars. Imam Ahl al-Sunnah Sarfaraz Safdar and Mawlana Amin Safdar Okarwi (may Allah have mercy on them). If I am not mistaken he is bayat to Shaykh Hakim Akhtar Shah Sahib.
