Default Who are good and bad islamic scholars in this day?

A lot of people seem to respect people like anjum choudary, Omar bakri Muhammad etc. The scholars I mentioned above seem to be a little weird in their Islamic beliefs. I don't respect anjum choudary and If sharia should be implemented I don't want a guy who thinks it was alright to kill the people on the planes and the world trade center during 9/11. This guy calls those 9/11 hijackers the magnificient 19. Please don't tell me that what he was doing was islamic. The holy Quran says it very clearly that if you kill innocent people it would be as though you had killed the whole of humankind.

Also people like Abdul Raheem green and and a guy named yasir qadhi seem to act like anjem choudary.

I only respect sheikh Ahmed deedat, zakir naik, and Khalid yasin.

    I just have 2 questions:

    1. How come no muslim is condeming anjem choudary

    2. Can you guys recommend for me other great Islamic lecturers?

    as Salamu Alaikum brother

Firstly i would like to comment on mr Bakri and mr Choudary
mr Choudary seems to be a student of mr Bakri and not a scholar.

Abdul Raheem Green from what i know is a decent brother but not a scholar.

Yasir Qadhi belongs to the Salafi Movement and is not a scholar but a student of knowledge.

Shaykh Deedat rahimahullah was a scholar in comparative religion i deeply respect him.

both Zakir Naik and Khalid Yassin are effective and interesting Daees but not scholars in the sense of Islamic Scholarship.

even their own Salafi brethren made a refutation against Anjem and Omar Bakri
(note:i dont promote the site nor the site with further reference to another site but this PDF seems quite interesting.)

    ttp://www.calltoislam.com/pdf/Is%20Anjem%20Choudhary%20A%20Qualified%20Islamic%2 0Judge%20Of%20A%20Shareeah%20Court%20In%20The%20UK .pdf

I think the main problem these days is people who have no formal Islamic educational background nor Ijaza itself, think they can produce Fatawaa.

    Good Islamic Lecturers:

So then are there any good Islamic Scholars out there? Can you give me the names of these people to consult and ask questions?

I Hate Anjem Choudary, Islam4UK and Omar Bakri Muhammad. I think they make life hard for the local British Muslims living in the UK.

P.S I hope hating these people does not make me kufr in your eyes.

Shaykh Abdur-Rahman ibn Yusuf: very good traditional scholar, I believe someone else already provided a link to some of his material, but here's more:
    http://www.zamzamacademy.com/

Shaykh Hamza Yusuf/Imam Zaid Shakir: both very good scholars who have released numerous CDs and talks. This is best place to get their lectures:

    http://www.zaytuna.org/

Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi: one of shaykh Hamza's teachers, and a very good lecturer on spiritual matters
    http://www.sacredknowledge.co.uk/index.php

Shaykh Faraz Rabbani: not only is he a good scholar, but it is also very easy to contact the shaykh for questions.
    http://seekersguidance.org/site/index.php

Shaykh Nuh Ha Mim Keller: he has written one of the few English books with various shariah rulings, and is a highly educated scholar. He tends not to do many lectures, but his writings are very well done and highly insightful.

    http://www.masud.co.uk/ISLAM/nuh/default.htm

Imam Tahir Anwar: a Deobandi who works closely with the Zaytuna Institute; he has a very good series of lectures on Hanafi Ramadan fiqh. He also has a good lecture series discussing a Deobandi book of manners.
    http://www.imamtahir.com/site/

Ali Gomaa, Grand Mufti of Egypt: a very good scholar who has served his position as Grand Mufti better than many of his predecessors.
    http://www.aligomaa.net/

Shaykh Hussain Abdul Sattar: a student of Shaykh Zulfiqar Ahmed, and one of the best scholars of tassawuf you'll find in the US.
    http://www.sacredlearning.org/

Shaykh Abdal Hakim Murad: the imam of the Cambridge University Mosque and one of the top scholars within the US. His lectures are notoriously scholarly.
    http://cambridgekhutbasetc.blogspot.com/

Shaykh Kamaluddin Ahmed: another student of Shaykh Zulfiqar; he discusses many current topics such as evolution, secularism, etc.
    http://www.islamicspirituality.org/

Shaykh Habib Ali al-Jifri: a highly influential Yemeni scholar; I highly recommend you listen to his talk on jihad.
    http://www.alhabibali.com/en/

Mufti Taqi Usmani: probably the most knowledgeable Islamic scholar within the Subcontinent; unfortunately, most of his lectures are in Urdu, but you can still read his works (many of which are free).
    http://deoband.org/

Shaykh Abdullah bin Bayyah: easily one of the best scholars living today
    http://www.binbayyah.net/

    There are many others....
    Shaykh Gibril Haddad
    Shaykh Riyadh ul-Haqq
