wa alaikum us salaam W R W B,
does this mean that even if one has the means, if one is confident of staying from sin, the preferred option is not to marry ?
i find this a bit confusing, since with regard to falling into sin even a married person is not out of danger (may Allah protect)

I see a few posts about slave girls in this thread. what are the conditions of a slave purchase. is it permissable to offer oneself as a slave to another.
males can have relations with his slave girls but why cant a female slave owner have relations with her slave even if she isnt married.
Steady one wins the race - Qari Ashfaq

the link doesnt answer my question. it just said that you cannot take a slave as the questioner asked. he wants to call his girlfriend his slave so that he can have his way with her.
ﺍﻋﻮﺬ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ الشيطان ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻴﻢ
Everything we see happening outside of us is in reality coming from the unseen world within. It is from the unseen world that the phenomenal world emerges, and it is from the unseen realm of our hearts that all actions spring.

One question I've always had, even though this may not be the best place to ask it, is regarding the purchasing of slaves from kuffar, and whether this is halal or not.
Obviously, if the slave is bought from a kaffir, it is very difficult or impossible to ensure that the slave was procured according to the Shari`a.
I've heard this isn't permissible, but, as far as I know, it was a common method of procuring slaves during the time of Muslm Khilafa.
If it were permissible, it would allow one to free slaves as kafara or for hasanat, something that isn't viable any other way today, as far as I know.

If Allah had not concealed my faults, and my true self was displayed, people would not even spit on me.
