This is a hoax. They are using gullible Muslims for ad revenue (EDIT: And to steal email addresses and passwords!!!!!):

1. Where did you get the information that: "(currently his name is on no. 8 )". They state in the FAQ that they don't release the standings, and in the comments page, the vast, vast (perhaps ALL? I couldn't find any for anyone else) majority of votes are for Prophet

(probably because only Muslims are getting this chain email). So obviously whoever originally wrote this email is just trying to get Muslims excited to go and view the page and get the ad revenue.
2. What is "Standard Touch"? And what serious survey takes place randomly on the internet through chain emails? Whatever the results they are statistically meaningless, and actually you're biasing them right now by posting this thread.
3. The "profiles" are wikipedia articles. hmmmm....
4. How would the standing of our Prophet

in this fake poll affect his honor and greatness, when the lord of all the worlds has already given him the highest position in every thing?

the name is on No. 8 because the names are written down Alphabetically.

I agree with br. meelash, this has been discussed many times.
