Translation of Letter of Hazrat-e-Wala Damat Barakaatuhum.

Mufti Muneer Ahmad Akhoon's khilafat has been taken long time ago due to following reasons.

1. He is Coming on TV and on Internet with Video.
2. He is not stopping from having taken pictures and also allowing videos to be made.
3. He is not keeping himself away from mix gatherings and women.
4. He is participating in ceremonies, gatherings and occasions not allowed to be participated in Islam.
5. He is doing non-Shariah Amliaat and telling future(Ghaib) predictions.

But since he is representing himself as khalifa of Hazrat e Wala (D.B). Thats why this notification has to be made public.

Assalamu alaikum

Just a clarification! The letter DID NOT mention the reasons for cancelling the Khilafah in clear words. It later mentioned possible reasons for the nullifying of (any Khalifah's) Khilafah, by Hazrat Wala, in general terms and they are those which have been translated above.

The Summary of this letter is that:

Due to respectable Mufti, Muneer Ahmad Akhoon, having lost the trust which Hazrat Wala bestowed upon him to give Ijazah/Khilafah, Hazrat Wala had cancelled his Khilafah sometime back. Mufti Sahib had been informed about it as well. However since the reference of "Hazrat's Khilafah" to Mufti Sahib was still being made, this announcement became necessary to be made public.

Then Hazrat Wala said that any Khalifah found of indulgence in vices/sins will have his Khilafah/Ijazah to be considered, according to the method of Hazrat Thanwi, as "Cancelled". Some possible excuses which can lead to nullifying Khilafah can be:

Just received this email. Please confirm. Let me add, I don't know anything about Mufti Munir Saheb.

We are notifying the general public and the elitethat the reliance and trust, based on which Mufti Munir Ahmad Akhun Saheb was granted khilafa (successorship) and ijazat e bay`at (permission to take bay`at) no longer remains.

Due to our loss of this reliance and lack of trust in him, his khilafat and ijazat e bay`at, was annulled quite a while ago. He was explicitly informed of this annulment by way of correspondence as well.

The purpose of this general and open notification however is that despite being explicitly informed of the annulment of his khilafat, he still insisted to portray himself as a khalifa.

NOTE: According to the statement of Hazrat Hakimul Ummat Thanwi (ra), ‘any khalifa who is publicly found committing major sins then hiskhilafat will automatically be considered null and void.’

Some examples of these actions due to which thekhilafat will be nullified are:

(1) Appearing on television.
(2) Appearing on the internet with ones picture.
(3) Taking pictures of animate objects and or printing them or making films.
(4) Not observing shar`i pardah and or not exercising caution from intermingling with non-mahram women.
(5) Participating in gatherings that go against the sharia.
(6) To practice black magic, write un-Islamic talismans/amulets, and or be involved in fortune telling.

Mufti Muneer Ahmad Akhoon is the son of a great Aalim and Buzurg, Maulana Mufti Niyaz Ahmad Al Khutani Al Turkistani Rahimahullah. He recieved Khilafah first from Maulana Yusuf Ludhyanwi Rahimahullah and then from Hazrat Wala Hifzuhullah. His elder brother, Mufti Jaleel Ahmad Akhoon Hifzuhullah is graduate of Jamiah Binnori Town (now resides in Bahawalnagar, Punjab, Pakistan) and an Ajal (elite) Khailfah of Hazrat Wala.

i dont know mufti muneer akhoon sb...but why did he lose khilafat..does anyone know...we all would have to save ourself from that sin and all in general

I dont think theres much a need to investigate into the matter. We should abstain from all sins and thats all!

Hazrat Wala, as is stated in the announcement, cancelled Mufti Sahibs Ijazah due to Mufti Sahib not fulfilling the "Criteria" of Hazrat Wala, upon which Hazrat had earlier bestowed him with Ijazah. It needed to made public so that anyone, planning to form a Ta'alluq with Mufti Muneer Sahib, should not do this due having trust on the Ijazah of Hazrat Wala. However this doesn't means that we should start backbiting and trying to find "faults" of Mufti Sahib. Possible reasons for this nullification could be some of those excuses which have been mentioned in the letter.
