I have read about the fatwa earlier but is it not in a way justifying Istigatha?

I have heard Istigatha = Shirk in all its forms whether it is done near the grave or said in a naat..

I read the thread given by you and I must admit there are some good points made there

but my concern is ths :

Isn't there a difference in saying
1> "O Mother! How I miss you "

and someone saying

2> "O Mother! Please help me in this"

Will the second type of statement be called permissible in this case?

Saying "Yaa Nabi Al Madad" (Sallalahu Alaih Wa Sallam) is shirk irrespective of what your belief is?
