1) First of all one should make continuously sincere dua..
2) If it is wife to be found, then for this I think you should travel far away..
3) Should look among those who did not go to study at Western type University by compromising her deen.
4) Should engage your parents, relatives and friends to look for such a spouse.
5) There is a land where boys and girls are raised with those beautiful qualities embedded -bi iznillah- in their hearts, minds and actions. But I keep it a secret for now
