Yes the "reviver" of Tableegh Shaykh (Maulana) Ilyas (RA) was himself a product of Darul-uloom Deoband and always a good relationship and respect for Darul-uloom Deoband.

I heards lots of Salafi in Hejaz and surrounding area are doing efford of tabligh. They love to do gasht/jaulah and call people towards Iman and sunnah. Our akaabir are directing them to read Riyadhus Salihin insteads of Fadhaail Aamal. If you make daawah within 6 points, no one will reject you.

In Malaysia, we received Tablighi Jamaat from Oman with most of them are Ibadhis with one of them are Imam of one big masjid in Muscat. Effords also being made among the Zaydees of Yemen, most of them students here. May Allah unites the whole Ummah with the blessed work of Daawah and Tabligh
