Fatwa: Tanveer-ul-hujjah layma(n)yy yajjuzul-iltawa-ul hajjah
Hajj is the pilgrimage to Mecca, at least once in a lifetime on certain special dates and it is obligatory upon every Muslim male and female who is mentally, physically and financially fit. It is one of the five obligatory practices/faraiz of Islam. What follows is an introduction of Hajj from Quran and Hadith and then excerpts from the famous verdict of Baraelwi scholars. Introduction: Allah swt says; "In it are signs manifest; (for example) the Station of Abraham; whoever enters it attains security; Hajj/pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith Allah stands not in need of any of his creatures." [1]
And Allah's Apostle sallallaho alehey wasalm said: Islam is based on (the following) five (principles):
1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is Allah's Apostle.
2. To offer the (compulsory congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly.
3. To pay Zakat (i.e. obligatory charity) .
4. To perform Hajj (i.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca).
5. To observe fast during the month of Ramadan. [2]
One day we were sitting in the company of Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) when there appeared before us a man dressed in pure white clothes, his hair extraordinarily black. There were no signs of travel on him. None amongst us recognized him. At last he sat with the Apostle (peace be upon him) He knelt before him placed his palms on his thighs and said: Muhammad, inform me about al-Islam. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Al-Islam implies that you testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, and you establish prayer, pay Zakat, observe the fast of Ramadan, and perform hajj/pilgrimage to the (House) if you are solvent enough (to bear the expense of) the journey. [3]
I said to Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him): Inform me about an act which would entitle me to get into Paradise, and remove me away from Hell-Fire. He (the Prophet) said: You have asked me about a matter (which ostensibly appears to be) difficult but it is easy to those for whom Allah, the Exalted, has made it easy. Worship Allah and do not associate anything with him, establish prayer, pay the Zakat, observe the fast of Ramadan and perform Hajj to the (sacred) House (Ka'bah) [4]
The verdict Tanveer-ul-hujjah layma(n)yy yajjuz-ul-iltawa-ul hajjah, Luminous justification on permissibility of postponement of Hajj By Moulana Mustafa Raza Khan Baraelwi son of Moulana Ahmed Raza Khan Baraelwi
Endorsed by almost forty Baraelwi scholars, including Moulana Hashmat Ali Qadiri, Moulana Hammid Raza Baaelwi, Moulana Naeem udden Muradabadi, and Moulana Sayyid Dildar Ali.
"The filthy Ibn-e-Saud and his associates considers all Muslims kaffir/apostate and mushrik and holds the view that their belongings are lawful (to be seized). Due to their this belief the obligation of Hajj stands necessarily void and nil. [5]
(So) O Muslims! These days Hajj is not obligatory for you and it permissible to postpone it (for a later date). And this is quite evident to all Muslims and they believe from the depth of the hearts that it is an obligation to expel this Najdi (aleh ma aleh) by whatever means possible. And this is also obvious to all intelligent people that if people do not go for Hajj, he will be dazed (meaning ruined/broke). (And) najidis will suffer great (monetary) loss and they will become unstable. What other options do you have (to oust them)? This is the only technique (and) inshaAllah it will be productive." [6]
Moreover, addressing those who are still performing the obligation of Hajj, it says:
"Allah swt will inquire: when Hajj was not obligatory on you, why did you go there (for Hajj) to foster My and My beloved ones' enemy, (in defiance of) the permissibility of procrastinating and postponing it (Hajj). And this ruling of Ours was conveyed to you by Our humble subject and your servant Mustafa Raza. However, even then you did not conform and by spending your wealth you strengthened the vile hold of My and My beloved sallal laho alehey wasalam's enemies on the Holy cities." [7]

So no prayers in Haram of Makkah or Madinah in Jamaah for Barelwis which is against what is mentioned in the books of creed see taftanzani or nafasi, praying behind faajir.
and Now we have no Hajj because salafis control Makkah and Madinah...
Quick question: Since barelwis claim Qutbs control the world from the graves, why is it taking so much time for these Qutb al Aqtabs to remove wahabis and salafis from holy lands ? why can't these Qutbs just order a regime change in the Holy Lands , so they can perform hajj and salah ? it has been more than 100 years now and still nothing so far.
