I just typed it out from a Turkish Hanafi manual.

    1. PDF
    2. Whole work with Word document and Arabic fonts. (Will be provided upon request)

Hope you will benefit from it. If you try to locate references for all prayers, would you mind sharing your copy with me, please?

one of the integrals of Khutbah in Shafi'i is dua to all Muslims, so include this in the khutbah, at the very least: اللهم اغفر للمسلمين والمسلمات والموءمنين والموء منات الاحياء منهم والاموات

Actually this dua was in the Turkish manual but in Turkish language. So, I thought it may not be relevant to the Arabic khutba. Thank you for point that out. Can you please tell me where this part of dua goes? Is it somewhere at the end?

Usually khatib does it at the second khutbah after the Salawat (which is also one of the integrals of khutbah)

Ya Sayyidi, can you check it now to see if it is correct?

Also, can some knowledgeable brothers and sisters check if this is correct according to Hanafi madhhab?

I'm very sure that at least the listeners are not supposed to recite any Du'a between the two khutbahs, rather they can make Du'a in their heart (without reciting with the tounge). So, doesn't the same apply for the Khateeb?

What you said is true for Jama'a/listeners. In this case, however, Khatib is Imam.

Are you sure or is it an assumption?

Are the du'as prescribed while walking up the mimbar proven from the Sunnah?
To me this manual seems too 'turkish' to say the least... with 7 stairs.

Btw. someone should do the effort of uploading the Khutbah collection of Hakeemul Ummah. That would be great service...
