Assalamualaikum Brother. I am 16 years old and i was once involved badly in it!! I know how it felt!!! Its hard to stop because the thought of these things always comes to our mind and in these times there are women not dressed properly and not covered everywhere!!!! But i tried to stop and one day i make up my mind and ask Allah The Almighty to grant me knowledge and ilm, to open up the doors of knowledge to me if i stop doing it and subhanallah on that day itself i found this video!!

assalam o alaikumsir i am 20 years old male. ALHAMDULILLAH i say prayers regularly and started practicing islam....since last five nites i dont know ,i was so much sexually overpowerd... i tried my best not to do any thing wrong ......but last night i tried my best ....to avoid it...but even after struggle of 2 hours with my nufs.. i had to masturbate... i just want to ask is there any type of relaxation.... as i am bachelor and was not going to do zina........but i was in such a situation that i cann't explain.......please tell me the right thing keeping in mind the situation i have explained....

Learning to dissuade the nafs is something that is learnt and one gets better and more aware with practice. You should continue to adhere to salat, taking ghusl immediately so you never miss a salat. Also sometimes like tv, or seeing things outside can trigger those strong feelings.

You are just learning that this horse called the nafs can be hard to control. Training a horse takes years and the nafs perhaps decades. Learn to get very sincere in tauba, Allah wants you to see you do your best at struggling against the nafs, sometimes the human being is not successful but Allah is looking for your effort and struggle so you should never give up, despite stumbling over and over again and turning to Allah through tauba and istigfar when you do stumble.

You should try to read Imam Ghazali if you can to understand better your enemy, the satan and the nafs. Namely the books 21 and 22. Also try to have a busy schedule, so you don't have too much time idle.

but question is this that .......in that situation... when someone feels it a hindered as i stated that it was upon me since last 4 nights ....i was forced..... even in that case when it was not for joy... was that still a sin ??
