Insha-allah this lesson will consist of an explanation of the following hadith:

"The upper hand is superior to the lower hand" (Bukhari, Muslim)

Ahadith are selected from the book "Zad-ut-Talibeen", a compilation of
327 ahadith, many of which are jawami' al-kalim, or concise language
that expresses a multitude of meanings in few words. The book is
ultimately a compilation of hadiths meant to inspire the souls of
today’s Muslims and give them a glimpse at the charisma of the Prophet
Muhammad (upon him be peace) and a roadmap with which they can achieve
closeness to their Lord.

Maulana Adil Farooki is a graduate of IIE in Elgin, IL. He is currently a medical resident at UMDNJ, Newark, NJ
