Green smoothie!!

I just thought I'll share something here that I made today....

It's called a green smoothie made from greens(spinach,lettuce,celery,parsley)and fruits such as (apples,bananas,pears,coconut and dates)..It doesn't look appealing but it tasted great alhumdulillah and it's an easy way to consume those veggies which you wouldn't normally eat.It's loaded with nutrients and you can experiment and add different types of fruits.

It's a good drink for iron-deficiency, full of fiber which is very important for good colon ecology and elimination of waste,also an energy booster.

You can try it inshaAllah ..

Yummmm! Only, I'd probably personalize it a bit. Remove the spinach, celery, parsley and lettuce, for example, and replace with ice cream. Double yum!

Some ppl r bent on driving the business away.. unlike the cool maulvi saheb to whom I asked for dua and he replied to what shall I make for.. Diarrhoea.. Vomitting .. Fever..or more rains so ppl may catch cold and see u in numbers..LOL..
drink sounds good.. Id take tht with walnut toppings..

Yeah! and topped with a huge scoop of ice-cream, chocolate sauce, caramel and hazelnuts and walnuts !And of course, some whipped cream Quadruple yum !
