5) Ahl-e-Hadeeth

7) Saudi Salafees

etc. etc. etc.

You get the picture...

So how would we go about implementing Shariah & as part of it how would Islamic courts issue rulings and judgements?

Assalam O Alaikum.
I saw an interview of Mufti Rafi Usmani sb on www.azaantv.tv regarding 'Ideology of Pakistan'. In that he mentioned when there was a demand of implementation of shariat after formation of Pakistan, people asked this same question. So, all the great scholars of their respective communities who are considered Imams by their community got together, and after 3 days of discussions, presented a full walkthrough as to how to implement sharia, with all the respective communities agreed.

Its been on my to-do-list to translate the agreement of Ulama as I don't believe that it has been done in any other Muslim country apart from Pakistan.

The reason they won't agree is because all are wondering? Is it Salafi Islam, Sufi Islam, Deobandi Islam? Which Islam do you want to implement?

I always thought Deobandis are "Balanced Sufees"

The one with the power would rule. Like the Saudis have power now so they implement Wahabi Islam and when the Ottomans were powerful they implemented a magnificent and beautiful Islam.
