How to convince/Write to the HR guys to get vacation for 4 Months to go in Jamaat

Before getting hired, my pops used to put 40 days every year etc. as a precondition. That way it won't be unexpected from the employers side.

A person should take it to Allah and ask Him first then ask the boss. Cause' the Boss only does what Allah wants him to do.

Below is the letter which is written to HR to extend my date of joining for the reason 4 months jamat or course you can say.

Hi XXXX,

As discussed with you yesterday on the call regarding my date of joining. I am delighted to receive your kind offer dated XXXXXX and I gladly accept the offered position with <company name>. However I would like to bring to your notice regarding my constraints with date of joining.

Though I would not like to miss opportunity joining in an organization like <company name>, since long time I have been planning to join humanitarian/spiritual training course (in self reformation) for 4 months duration and I can say it as personality development and how to spend a good life with all the humanity, which is a lifetime opportunity for me and I consider this is essential part of life which I cannot miss, owing to this opportunity I should be good to join <company name> in the first week of June 2013. I am ok to take up other assignments with <company name> if conditions do not permit me to join <your project name> project.

Hence, may I humbly request an extension to the commencement date for me at your organization, of which I am very keen to be a part of. I would be awaiting for your valuable and positive reply on this regard.
