This is the Summary of his praise for the work in Paris Markaz.

hmmm.. takes me a lot longer to translate precisely than I though on account of having to look up unfamiliar words... Anyway, maybe we can do this tag-team style (stuff I wasn't sure about is in parentheses):
I testify that jannah is a reality. I testify that the fire is a reality. I testify that the aakhirah is a reality. I ask Allah, the living, the eternal; he of majesty and nobility; the one, the absolute; the one who definitely never begat, nor was he ever begotten and their is none like unto him; I ask him by his great, majestic, and noble name, by which, if he is asked, he gives and by which, if he (I'm not sure about this part) by it, he (not sure), that he gathers us all in (something Arabia).
My brothers with Allah, I love you for Allah. You are the beloved ones. You are the beloved of Allah. You are the beloved of the Muslims. You are the beloved of the Mumineen. You are the beloved of the propagators. You are the beloved of the scholars. You are the ones who (engage) in da'wah with love. You are the ones who convey the message of Rasullullahinto every house. You are the ones by which Allah has guided the people with wisdom and good advices and imaan. You are the beloved of the heart. You are the beloved of the children in the houses. You are the beloved of the old and the (asbaad?) and the ascetics and the sincere and the truthful.

This is Shaykh ibn Uthamyeen speaking something on Tableegh Jama'at

I have tried my best to translate with help of the French subtitles and the Arabic. There might be some mistakes, and there was one word I could not figure out, that's marked in asteriks. However, the gist is there, and personally made me feel very happy.

The Tableeghis by Shaykh Muhammad ibn Salih Al Uthaymeen
Questioner: Assalaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu. Honourable Shaykh, I have a problem, there is a topic about which I would like to talk. The topic is the group of Daawa.
Shaykh: The Daawa?
Questioner: The Group of Daawa
Shaykh: Ad Daawa wat Tableegh
Questioner: Those who leave go out for 3 days, 30 days-
Shaykh: Yes, yes, it's the group of tableegh and da'wah, as we call them.
Questioner: Yes, the important thing Shaykh, is that I started to go along with them, and there are some brothers who tell me to not go with them (ie group of daawa), so I do not know what to say (to do). The are some Ulama in a city, I will not say it's name, they have councilled me not to follow them. What do you think?
Shaykh: In most subjects, people devise in two extremes and a fair middle. There are people who ******* (this group) a lot and council to go out with them. And there are those people who will criticize them violently (vehemently) make people aware against them as if they (ie the group) was a group of lions. And then there are those in the middle.
And myself, I see the group has some good, and that they do daawa and have an influence no other preacher has. Their influence is clear. How many faasiq Allah has guided (due to the group), how many non Muslims have entered Islam. Then their character: modest, good behaviour, sacrifice, that you would not find in myself or those who say they have with them the science of hadeeth or the salafs etc. It is a group of good, without a doubt.
However I see that those who are in the Kingdom (ie Saudi) do not go to Pakistan or other countries (for reunions), so that we do not learn of the truth of their dogma, or their views, or the view that those who follow (the group of daawa) in the Kingdom are correct without fault.
And those who are concerned with the daawa in 3 or 4 days, or 2 months or 4, or one year or 2, this is not for judgment; they say that this is fo0r organization. That is they go out for three days for example, and that they are limited for three days, they will be away from the dunya, this is then an organization, nothing more. It is not an ibaada (ie not a bid'ah).
So I then see, Baaraka Allahu Feek, that if you prefer seeking the Islamic knowledge, then the seeking of Islamic Knowledge is best for you... you understand? That is the seeking of Islamic knowledge contains goodness, and the people of today have need of ulama of ahlus sunnah, anchored in this knowledge. However if you do not have the strength to learn this knowledge, and you have gone out with them (ie group of daawa) to purify your inner self, then there is nothing wrong with it. And there exists multitudes of people who Allah has guided by the hands of this group. Indeed.
Lost in an ocean of doubt and confusion am I
