    Default Hair Loss: any remedies?

    Assalamu alaykum.

Anyone know of any remedies/treatments for hair loss in women? Anything that will stop hair falling out and make it grow back??

Please try and find out the reason for the hairloss i.e if you're nursing then the baby's pulling your vitamins and you need to supplement , lack of vitamins, stress, a shampoo that has harsh chemicals(find a more natural one ), hair dyes (switch to a natural one)even black magic causes hairloss .tackle the cause and you may not need to do anything else.
I've heard massaging the head with blackseed oil helps as does bio hair oil (i've seen it on sale in holland n barrat)try both of the oils together.

Try what this brother suggested aswell
    1. Any Darood 11 times
    2. Recite Surah Fatiha with Bismillah Ir rah maan ir raheem every time - 41 times
    3. Any Darood 11 times
    4. Make dua.
    5. Blow 3 times each into few bottles or huge cans of water.
    6. Drink as much as recited water daily and also rub some recited water in the areas of kidney.
    7. Repeat this daily for 7 to 21 days, and continue using the recited water till things look normal.

    Benefits of Surah Fatiha
    1. Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: ‘The most excellent Sura of the Qur’an is ‘Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Universe’ Al-Hakim and Baihaqi transmitted it from Anas, for whom Allah’s Good Pleasure is prayed.
    2. ‘Fatihat al-Kitab – the First Sura – contains healing for every disease.’ Baihaqi transmitted it from ‘Abdul-Malik bin ‘Umair (RA)
    3. ‘The First Surah has been sent down from a treasure under the Throne.’ Ibn Rahawaih transmitted it from ‘Ali, for whom Allah’s Good Pleasure is prayed.
    4. ‘If anyone recites the First Sura and the Throne Verse (2:255) in a house they (the inmantes of the house) will not be afflicated by an evil eye of a man or a jinn in that day.’ Ad-Dailami transmitted it from ‘Imran bin Husain, from whom Allah’s Good Pleasure is prayed.

Apart from this frequently recite this name of Allah 'YA SALAAMU YA HAFEEZU' as much as possible, also reguraly give some charity with intentions of seeking Allah's Mercy and blessings, wake up during the time of tahajudd and cry before Allah and seek his Cure.

You could try aloe vera cream, I heard it is useful but I would suggest oil of coriander since the Prophet, peace be upon him, mentioned it.

    "Coriander ( habb al-suda )
The most respected book of traditions state that the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.s) said, “ Make yours the seed of coriander, for it is a cure of all diseases except swelling [cancer], and that is a fatal disease.” It is also reported ALLAH informed the Prophet, “ She has been given everything.” And then ALLAH revealed that “she” is coriander. Coriander alleviates flatulence and resolves fevers. It is effective in the treatment of leukoderma, and it opens the subtlest networks of the veins. Excess moisture in the body is dried up by the coriander, and it increases milk flow, urine, and menses. It is particularly useful when a person has cold. The oil of coriander is a treatment for baldness and scalp problems, and prevents grey hair. The smoke of the burning seeds is an insect repellent. "

You may take a vitamin supplement known as Biotin at 5,000mg a day for approximately 4-8 weeks to notice a difference. Rubbing coconut oil in the area you wish to have hair will also help. Stay away from any shampoo's, deodorants, powders, and oil's as most of them contained toxic chemicals and fragrances which are reported to cause hair loss after some time.

Use organic hair prevention remedies which had been examined tend to be risk-free. Natural hair loss treatments include saw palmetto, lavender, soybean & ginseng.

Asalam Alaikum sis, firstly I would suggest you seek medical advice as there is nothing you can put on your head to stop hairloss. Since hair follicles grow deep within the skin anything put on the head will not penetrate under the 7 skin layers to the root. Ive studied in hairdressing and you learn alot. The skin consists of the dermis and epdemis. The epdermis being the first two layers of the skin. Anything you put on there will only just coat the first layer of skin. You still have 6 layers of skin under that, there no way nothing can reach the root. Just look up skin layers you'll see what I mean. Any products or treatments will just make it seem thicker and fuller. To get to the root you'll need to get to it with diet as nutrients are supplied to the skin and hair follicles through the blood vessels.
Your diet, stress or some underline health issue could be causing hairloss. If you can treat that then your hair will grow back strong and healthy inshAllah. Please, please go see a doctor about this.
