Toronto Shariah Program Summer Arabic Intensive - 8 Week Course Starting June 14

In-class two month Arabic intensive starting a little earlier this year in order to conclude before Ramadan begins. This is the only course the Shariah Program offers in a real classroom setting every year; the rest of the courses are online. So, if you are not the type of person who learns well through online courses, then it would be strongly encouraged to look into this offering and do so quickly. In the past, people have driven in from out of town to take this course - and gone through the trouble of renting apartments and everything else - in order to study using the methods we employ. The program truly teaches whatever is humanly possible within the time frame and does it very thoroughly.

Throughout the year we offer courses online on a part-time basis. You can read many reviews from students currently taking our online courses such as this one posted earlier this week. The summer intensive will be many times superior than what online students experience.



Start date: Monday, June 14, 2010
Duration: 2 months
Timing: 9am to 3pm Mon-Thu (20-25 hrs/wk)
Location: The 2010 Intensive Program is being held at the Instructor's residence (Mavis Rd. and 401, Mississauga)
Cost: CAD $350 per month. Students will be required to pay a $200 deposit in order to secure their seat. The remaining balance will be due once the classes have begun. Thus a further payment of $500 will be due after the first week of class. However, nobody will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Seven more days before the intensive begins. Based on some emails I'm receiving, I'd like to clarify that we do have parallel content in the form of recordings for those who are wanting to register but will not be able to attend the first week or two of the program. Such students should email immediately for further information.

In consideration for a couple of people travelling in from out-of-town and after discussing with those already registered, we changed the start-date to June 21. There are still a couple of days, in case anyone in the Toronto area was considering this.
