Where can I find these hadiths ?

As-salamu alaikum.

I need to see the Hadiths for this Tashahud and the dua after the Tashahud. I have found both of them but in different wordings, for example the Dua after Tashahud has a different order then this one.

I want to see the Arabic version since I am teaching a person to pray and he can read basic Arabic.

The dua below is almost same. Just does not have 'aaoodhubika at the last part about dajjal

إذا تشهد أحدكم فليستعذ بالله من أربع . يقول : اللهم ! إني أعوذ بك من عذاب جهنم . ومن عذاب القبر . ومن فتنة المحيا والممات . ومن شر فتنة المسيح الدجال

The tashahud part is the one reported from Ibn 'Abbas () :

كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يعلمنا التشهد كما يعلمنا [ السورة من ] القرآن فكان يقول :
( التحيات المباركات الصلوات الطيبات لله [ ال ] سلام عليك أيها النبي ورحمة الله وبركاته [ ال ] سلام علينا وعلى عباد الله الصالحين أشهد أن لا إله إلا الله و[ أشهد ] أن محمدا رسول الله

or clearer:

[Slave-Of-Allah]

I have one more question if you could help me with it, its regarding the salatu Ibrahim:

Allahumma salli ^ala Muhammad, wa ^ala 'Ali Muhammad, kama sallayta ^ala ‘Ibrahim, wa ^ala 'Ali ‘Ibrahim. ‘Innaka Hamidum Majid (THIS PART "Innaka Hamidun Majjid" is not read in the Video is there different Hadiths about this part ?). Allahumma barik ^ala Muhammad, wa ^ala 'Ali Muhammad, kama barakta ^ala ‘Ibrahim, wa ^ala 'Ali ‘Ibrahim. ‘Innaka Hamidum Majid.

Also What is the ruling of adding Sayidina before Muhammad (PBUH) and Ibrahim (AS) ? What is the opinions of the Shafii scholars or any other scholars about this.
