Did you scan the English Nur al-Idah yourself? If not, could you tell me where you found it?

I am trying to clean-up the scans to accompany the Euro-Sunni course (http://nuralidah.euro-sunni.com) and used the version you linked as a starting-point. When I extracted the images they work out to be 135dpi, and I need at least 150dpi images to start with. So if it was you that scanned it, could we work out some way of sharing the original scans?
