Security; the always anxiety in Zahedan

The above title is being used for many times during the 12 years of publication of the newspaper "Zahedan", and it seems it might be used at other times as well. Assessing the causes of insecurity in the province there are different views according to different reasons.
Usually the officials and the government assert the issue of security in this province revolves around three axes:
I- The conspiracy of foreigner enemies of Iran; especially the United States of America.
II- Weakly dealing of the two neighbors in eastern Iran to maintain security and to ensure piece & safe in these areas fighting against the violators and enemies of security in the province; as it is said that the recent events took place in intelligence collaboration with some of these groups by the Pakistani government.
The third vision is that the groups which are hostile of the state and opposition to the regime, especially Wahhabism.

Some circles think that the ills of the security crisis lie in the behavior and treatment of politicians and extremists, officials and non-officials. Such people consider that one of the major causes of ill security is discriminatory actions of administration of the province in recruitment and employment as well as their interference in the religious affairs of the Sunnis and abusing of sacred places and personalities is the most prominent reasons for the lack of security in the province.
In fact, the reasons cited by each and every one of these two groups extraneous of insecurity in the province, but it seems if we audited the consideration of the case, we would find other reasons which could be the main factors to insecurity such as are following:

1- Poverty: The province of "Sistan and Baluchistan," has always known with the title of “proscription."
This deprivation including poverty is visible in the different indicators, when 500,000 of the total population of the province's two million people covered by relief agencies, and when there are 150,000 female households, we can easily recognize the depth of poverty in the province. The first place in diseases such as malaria, tuberculosis and AIDS, and unsafe deliveries, and underweight children also tells the story of both poverty and loss of health.

2- Unemployment: "Sistan and Baluchistan," in addition to another province the existing percentage of unemployment in the country is also should be considered as a main factor for insecurity. "Sistan and Baluchistan" is a young province in the country it makes the case clearer to us the importance of employment and the danger of unemployment.

3- Illiteracy: In the field of education "Sistan and Baluchistan" holds first place in the number of illiterates. If we assume for culture a side role in security so there is no doubt that illiteracy is one of the ills affecting the cultural insecurity.

4- Mafia drug trafficking: The province "Sistan and Baluchistan," is one of the gates where millions kilos of narcotics smuggled from Afghanistan. If we add to this, I think the drug trafficking plays a very danger role in spreading out insecurity not only in Iran rather all over the world as well as the links of the ethnic and religious population of both sides of the border, and the exclusive views of jurisprudence and the Iran's policy of confrontation to this phenomenon, it makes more clear the role of the drug mafia in the security matter of the province.
We can add to the above main problems some other important and determinative points on the province's security, but I think it is enough to our short article.
So now if we add the factors 1- the lack of a correct theory and appropriate plans; 2- weakness of local administration, next to the plots of foreign enemies, and lack of control of the governments of Pakistan and Afghanistan on the region and the cooperation of some elements of the neighboring countries for the factors of insecurity, as well as discriminatory practices in government administration and recruitment, and interference in the religious affairs of the Sunnis, indifference and blasphemy to their sanctities, poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, lack of facilities and possibilities to live and the presence of drug trafficking, the officials can study the image scene of insecurity in the province much brighter and clearer, they can understand better the consequences of insecurity and the outcome of creating hatred between the clans, sects and dispute in the historical unity and lack of development.
There are plans and projects for the departure from the security crisis and underdevelopment, but it is requiring submission officials to listen and places of implementation. There is no suitable circumstance for these plans properly and appropriately so far.

Report: 19th annual ceremony of DM Zahedan (Part II)

Darululoom Zahedan University in Zahedan, south east of Iran has been held its nineteenth annual ceremony in honor of graduates, who have completed their Sharia Scholar course on Thursday, 8th July 2010, 26th Rajab 1431.
About one hundred and fifty thousand people from various areas populated by Sunnis in Iran participated in the ceremony. Besides many great scholars and Sunni professors were among the audience; but due to shortage of time some of great Islamic scholars of Baluchistan were allowed to deliver speech on the occasion.
"SunniOnline.us" provides its visitors some quotes of the speeches delivered at the ceremony:

Sermon of Mufti Mohammad Qasim Qasimi:
the head of Darul-Iftaa Darululoom Zahedan said."We have been seeing injustices, harassment and problems faced by the Islamic nation, why? these all deviated Because of accepting no slavery of Allah and having arrogance, capriciousness and delinquency," m-qasem
He added, "If a person squint of the right way and plagued with sins and corruption, he or she not only destroy him/herself but spoil a lot of people, like pharaohz who killed many people and made himself trapped with his own hand and desires.
When a person deviates from the right way,So he enjoys to teaze others and take it a fun! thus cries of the widows and children do not impress him."
Mufti Qasimi recommended everyone to pay attention to acclamation and reforms, saying, "Allah says in the Qur'an: " يا أيها الذين آمنوا آمنوا ", [O you who believe! do Believe in Allâh, and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW)]. Therefore, before we think about others we should have to reform ourselves first then we try our level best to get our brothers to follow the same ways.
The Qur'an says: "إذا أصابكم مصيبة فبما كسبت أيديكم و يعفو عن كثير", [Whatever misfortune happens to you, is because of the things that your hands have done, and for many (of them) He grants forgiveness.]; this world is not the Recompense and Judgment, but may God send down to us some misfortunes and problems in order to make us alert."
Shaikh Qasimi declared selfpurification and paying attention to all dimensions of individuals and social to wards an important need and said, "The great scholar late Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi says: "We must strive in the beliefs and cohabitation, business and acts of worship and morals."
The eminence in clarifying the words of Almighty God, "O who believe, bow down and prostrate yourselves:" further said that we must refer to the worship of God and follow the good deeds.
The great scholar Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawzi (God's mercy on him) says: It may take one of several things mediated by the devil:
1- Disbelief.
2- Polytheism.
3- Major sins.
4- Small sins.
5- Engage in what not to say or do.
After explaining the importance of prayers of five time a day Mufti Qasimi more said that there are eight qaualities (khasail) each worshiper (Musalli) would get them as Shaikh Muhaddis Dhelawi says:
1- Prayer is the ascent of believers;saying the words "Allahu Akbar", he turns all but only God and at the end says As-Salam u Alaikum, as he returns from his trip.
2- It inherites love.
3- Prayer brings light to hearts.
4- It brings the knowledge of God Almighty.
5- It prohibits indecency and evil.
6- It shows differenice between Muslim and non-Muslim.
7- Prayer overcomes recipe angelity in human on bestiality.
8- There is lots of Zikr of Allah in prayer. The prophet Muhammad (SAS) says: "My comfort of eyes have been made in prayer." When the prophet felt tired, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to say to Bilal: "O Bilal, give us calm and call azan for prayer", as well as when he (PBUH) got dismay turned to prayer.
"We should mention Almighty God a lot and attend on scholars' gatherings and associate with them," at the end he recomnded.

Sermon of Molawi Abdul Rahman Chabahari:
Molawi Abdul Rahman Chabahari, Imam and Friday preacher of Chabar city, (southern Balochistan, Iran) in his sermon that he delivered at the annual ceremony which was conducted to honor the graduates of Darululoom Zahedan after reciting the verse: " أَفَأَمِنَ الَّذِينَ مَكَرُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ أَنْ يَخْسِفَ اللَّهُ بِهِمُ الْأَرْضَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ",[ Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive?]; saying, "You know that the main and only purpose of these gatherings and sermons is to work good deeds. m-chabahari
America and Britain were seeking to free the Muslim from the ideas of Islam, and since that time their efforts have been going in this target."
He more added, "When the British attacked on the subcontinent Hind, they said that we want to educate the muslim nation[i mean the Muslims by name and atheists in the outwardly and inwardly,who have been away from the moral and Islamic Makarem](directions and teachings)."
Shaikh Chabahari further said that always the victory was with the Muslims in the conflict of right and wrong,(Haq & Batil) and certainly in the future also right would be the victorious, God willing, so being away from the right is equal to failure and loss.
Shaikh Chabahari pointed to the advantages of graduation ceremonies in religious schools in Baluchistan, saying, "These ceremonies are held to honor the graduates are pride for the state and our people. This ceremony set up by the people and is not opposed to the system."

Sermon of Shaikh Nazar Muhammad Didgah:
Shaikh Mulana Nazar Muhammad Didgah, a senior Sunni scholar in Iran, started his speech at the annual ceremony by reciting the verse: "واصبر نفسك مع الذين يدعون ربهم بالغداة والعشي يريدون وجهه ولا تعد عيناك عنهم ترِيدُ زِينَةَ الْحَياةِ الدُّنْيا وَلَا تُطِعْ مَنْ أَغْفَلْنَا قَلْبَهُ عَن ذِكْرِنَا وَاتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُهُ فُرُطًا", [And keep yourself (O Muhammad SAW) patiently with those who call on their Lord (i.e. your companions who remember their Lord with glorification, praising in prayers, and other righteous deeds) morning and afternoon, seeking His Face, and let not your eyes overlook them, desiring the pomp and glitter of the life of the world; and obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, and who follows his own lusts and whose affair (deeds) has been lost.]; saying, "This ceremony shows zeal and zest of people to Islam and that they are not oblivious to sit down and they are ready to take on every problem for their religion and their beliefs."m-didgah
He added, "The Sunni scholars in Iran run Madrasaas and religious institutions with all the problems and barriers that exist in front of them, but the question is that why we let the scholars run their schools despite these problems? Why we leave the scholars spend their lives with poverty and wretchedness? But we must help scholars and donate to these schools. I wonder why people do not pay the Zakah money to these schools."
"A friend informed us during his speech that the activities of Christian and Jews as well have been going on in the region, but I think that Christianity and Judaism can not succed in their activities among the Sunni community and in communities that offer prayers five times a day. And they are hunting the people who do not care about prayers and the communities where Azan and prayers are not raising but only a little. Sunnis are not catch in a Christian nor Jewish, and not to any other doctrine, they will not be catch in any false doctrine, God welling," Shaikh pointed.
Maulana Didgah went on saying, "We are the followers of Muhammad (peace be upon him). We would sacrifice ourselves, but never sell our religion and our faith, so no one should bring up his idea to catch our sons and to mislead them from the right path.
Allama Iqbal Lahrori says in the exclusivities of pure and sincere Muslim:

مسلمانی كه داند رمز دین را نساید پیش غیرالله جبین را
اگر گردون به كام او نگردد به كام خود بگرداند زمین را

(A Muslim who knows the reality of religion, never bow his brow and forehead before non-God.
If the universe arose dissenting, he would make it obedient and followed himself.)
No sincere Muslim worship a part of Allah."
The great Snni Shaikh further said that the holy prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has a special place in the hearts of Muslims, no one is dared to abuse and blaspheme His high personality and position.

Sermon of Shaikh Mohammad Yousuf Hussain Pour:
Secretary General of the Union of Islamic schools of Sunnis in Baluchistan, Maulana Muhammad Yousuf Husain Pour started his sermon wih the recitation of the verse: "فَإِنْ آَمَنُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا آَمَنْتُمْ بِهِ فَقَدِ اهْتَدَوْا وَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا هُمْ فِي شِقَاقٍ فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ اللَّهُ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ", [So if they believe in the like of that which you believe, then they are rightly guided, but if they turn away, then they are only in opposition. So Allâh will suffice for you against them. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.]; saying, "It was better to take advantage of scholars' sermons, but the stage secretary called me and gave me a hard responsibility to read the last reported hadeeth of "Sahih al-Bukhari".m-yousof
I Address the learners of Hadeeth and Qur'an that it is not an easy task to learn Hadeeth especially the last holy book , but it takes much time."
He added, "The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was inclusive of all human perfection, it is known that his companions were also obtained all the instructions whatever their great teacher (PBUH) wants for them."
Respected shaikh Hussain went on saying that the series of prophets mission has got finished with the prophethood mission of the last Messenger Muhammad (peace be upon him). The holy Prophet (peace be upon him) says: "I am the last one of the prophets and no Prophet comes after me", so no prophet after Muhammad's passing away would be sent.
Therefore the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) trained his students and companions in the light of Qur'an and Sunnah and taught them all the dimensions of the universal and comprehensive religion Islam, then he ordered them to "Convey even a verse from me ." Therefore the Companions (Allah be pleased with them) after the Prophet (peace be upon him) spent their lives in this great task, and afer them Tabi'een(those who followed the companions) affiliated this great task and mission, as they spread out the Islam around the world completely, and transferred this religion to future generations.
Because of that, the Qur'an orders the Islamic nation, saying: " فَإِنْ آَمَنُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا آَمَنْتُمْ بِهِ فَقَدِ اهْتَدَوْا وَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا هُمْ فِي شِقَاقٍ فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ اللَّهُ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ ", [So if they believe in the like of that which you believe, then they are rightly guided, but if they turn away, then they are only in opposition. So Allâh will suffice for you against them. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.].
All the Companions took the certificate of acceptance from Almighty Allah and became the standard and touchstone for recognition of the truth and the reality as well as they gained the acceptance of the faith, and we have to make them our models exclusively in our lives.
The head of A'in-ul-Uloom Gusht more added, "If some one accuses the companions of inadequate and fault so they should not say such prosecution;because this accusation addressed to their teacher.
We must look to Qur'an and know the companions in the light of Qur'anic verses not with the help of the weak and false stories.
The religion has spread after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) by the companions and their efforts in the remote areas around the world."

Speech of Molawi Ishaaq Madani
Molawi Madani began his speech at the annual ceremony of Darululoom Zahedan with the recitation of the verse: « قل هل یستوي الذین یعلمون والذین لایعلمون », [Say: "Are those who know equal to those who know not?"; It is only men of understanding who will remember (i.e. get a lesson from Allâh's Signs and Verses)] and expressed his joy and delight for the meeting of scholars and his attending among them. m-madaniHe continued his speech, "The Qur'an calls all who have gathered under the banner of Islam to one thing, that is unity where Allah says: « واعتصموا بحبل الله جمیعاً», [And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allâh (i.e. this Qur'ân), and be not divided among yourselves] any unite by holding this rope.
He added more:that With great regret there are disputes among Muslims and extremism. We have to study the matters on which Muslims are disputed and know the ways and methods that should be taken in order to get rid this crisis." Referring to the circumstance of the disputes amongst the Muslims, the advisor of the Iranian president more said, "The first type of these disputes are differences in doctrine, like differences in jurisprudential issues, whether it is obligatory or not obligatory, permissible or impermissible, such as differences between the schools of Islamic jurisprudence like the Shaafa'is and Hanafis .
The second type of disputes is that we got it quotations from our enemies, including what is Shias think that Sunnis are the enemies of the household of the Prophet Muhammad!"
He denounced this suspicion of Shi'ites, saying, "Is this rumor true? Is Imam Bukhari not narrated many Hadeeths about the household's virtues and the virtues of Ali, Hassan and Hussain (Allah be pleased with them)? Yes! these virtues are present in the Sunni's principle books."
Shaikh Madani continued his points saying, "Today, the disputes among Muslims have widened and conflicts intensified and walls rose, it can not be finished at all but can be scaled
and minimized by wisdom, dialogue and logic."
