Assalamo Alikum...

One of my cousine get nikah with her cousine some two years ago...but they did only nikah not marriage (rukhsati) means girls is still living with her father's house, and not with husband..The nikah was all arranged by the agreement of the both families..After two years the father of the girl wants to get his daughter divorce or otherwise she will separate herself (khula). Her father claimed that the boy did not do any thing, he is lazy, jobless and very dull, even he cannot earn a single rupee how her daughter will survive and i know his claim is right. Further he also says that the boy is very rude, arrogant and disrepectful with his family and with her daughter and it is also right
But the question is, is it islamically correct decision? or is it islamically correct for the girl to take khula for the reason that he is disrespecful and jobless??what her father is doing asking divorce or khula (by her daughter) is islamically correct, i mean being disrespectful and jobless person give right to other to ask divorce?????
