Default Identifying Muslim Blogs and bloggers.

I am attempting to identify active Muslim blogs and bloggers, potential ones that also have a good number of readership [if you are aware of this].

So if you know of any please notify me here so I can make a list.

Please do note that the key things are:

    1. Active - The blog must have upto date a recently written content.
    2. Good readership [if aware]
    3. A 'contact us' page

The reason for the first point is I would not like to encourage someone to come here and paste a url for a blog that has not been updated since 2008/09.

I intend to create a blog that is specific for the Sunni Community and the most cost effective method of marketing for a blog is to guest write/post on other blogs as this will increase the readership quickly inshAllah.

If any members of the community would be interesting in supporting this initiative I would be happy to explain further what the exact plan is, but I would rather not spend time typing up here if there will be genuine interest for volunteer for such a campaign

JazakAllah I look forward to a growing list:

Haq Islam far exceeds Alhamdulillah, I've seen the stats.

Edit: Just reread the original post, this website probably would allow guest posting.

Do you perchance know who runs the site and whether they will be acceptable to guest posts?

I just remembered, there is a whole list of Muslim bloggers here http://www.haqislam.org/muslim-bloggers/ but it seems many of them were removed as there was quite a number of blogs listed once. Not sure which ones are regularly updated but you'd have to go through them as I know some seem to have been discontinued.
