"I am the servant of the Qur’an
    While I am still alive.

I am the dust on the path of Muhammad,
    the Chosen One."

    (Mevlana Jelaluddin Rumi)

Between you and spiritual counsel is a veil of heedlessness.

After Asr Salaat on Friday, remain seated on your place and recite the following Durood Shareef Eighty (80) times.

Allahumma salli ala Muhammadinabiyil ummiyi wa ala alihi wasallimu tasleema

The reward for this is equal to eighty (80) years of worship, and forgiveness for eighty (80) years of sins. (Fazaail-e-Durood)

Hasan bin Thaabit (ra) the great poet of Rasullulah has written some of the best poems in praise of the Nabi (saw) master of both the worlds.
In one he says some of the following

Like you no other women has ever given birth to

its just too much for me, i cant even remeber the other parts

I LOVE RASULLULA (SAW) MORE THEN ANYTHING ELSE IN THIS WORLD!!!

Hasan bin Thaabit, also said, which shaykh muhammad yacoqubi explained, saying, Its not that his poetry was great or powerful, because of the name of our beloved his poetry is great. SubhanAllah. Having his name makes his poetry great, not that his poetry is great for him....

"You, when you were born, the earth was lit.
And with your light so was the sky."

From poem by 'Abbas (radi Allah 'anhu).

A thousand times I wash my mouth
with musk and with rose water
And still, to speak your name
    is absolute impudence

    from 'Urfi: 16th Century

Adam was still dust and clay
    Ahmad was a prophet then,
He had been selected by Allah
    Utter blessings over him!

    from 'Ashiq Pasha medieval poet

If my Lord would kindly grant it,
I would go there, weeping, weeping,
    And Muhammad in Medina
I would see there, weeping, weeping...

    from Yunus Emre

Iqbal turns to the person of the Prophet sallalhu alahi wasallam:

"There is a beloved hidden within thine heart...
By love of him the heart is made strong...
In the Muslim's heart is the home of Muhammad,
All our glory is from the name of Muhammad."
“If anyone of you gets angry, let him keep quiet”.
