Default Jamaat in the Masjid vs. Somewhere Else

    Assalaamu Alaykum,

I understand that it is obligatory on a baaligh male to pray his daily prayers in Jamaat, congregation.

Obviously, praying in jamaat in the masjid is the best, but my question is....

Is the obligation for a baaligh male to pray in jamaat fulfilled, if he prays:

    1) In jamaat with a group of brothers, but at a dedicated musalla (that's not a masjid)?
    2) In jamaat with a group of brothers, neither at a particular musalla nor a masjid?
    3) In jamaat with his wife/female folk/people of his home, at his house?

    Jazakumullah Khayr.

    Wassalaam

Yes. The congregation aspect would be fulfilled.
