who is Mufti abu lababa shah mansoor

i come across some books by mufti abu lababa shah mansoor , seems to be he is from karachi.His books are published by Alsaeed karachi pakistan.
can anyone tell me who is he.Is he really some mufti.and what is the authenticity of his books.
i will be grateful if someone tell me

He's a very authentic Mufti in Karachi. He is from the family of Hazrat Anwar Shah kashmiri rahmatullah alaihi. He teaches Ifta in Jamiat ur Rasheed, Karachi. He is also the Khalifah of Peer Zulfiqar Naqshbundi db. His books are very authentic and he has a high standing amongst muftis in Pakistan.

but spending days without food usually only happens either due to a medical reason or as some sort of Spiritual exercise.....just curious
