Bismillah wassalam'aleykum Shaykh,

What is the type of water left on the palm of my hand after rubbing a limb with it during wudu or ghusl?Purifying water or used (musta'mala) water ?


(there is always some drop of water still on the palm of the hand after rubbing a limb...)
