    assalamu alaikum wr wb

another week to go... not this weekend but the week after that...
    aug 5-6th or so...

    i call them daily..

    they are so sweet
    a real treat
i miss them so much im sad
despite that i can keep my house clean-free im glad.
    yet my precious little boys
who've helped me clean up their toys
they are pieces of my heart
    that will never break apart
till i see them and i'll smile
till then, i'll just post these things, and drive you crazy for awhile

    Salaam 'Alaikum

For boys, I'd like names with meanings like "Loves God," "strong," "faithful," "loyal," "intelligent," "light," "steady," or other names related to faith or names that honor God by honoring his creation (such as names connected to nature). For girls... well I guess pretty much the same in meaning.

For me, the language that the name is in isn't as important, although I do have preferences as far as which languages I prefer. One of my personal things about naming kids is when people give their daughter a name in Arabic that has a meaning like "beautiful thighs," "full lips," or "sways when she walks." I don't consider those types of names to be Islamic.

In Arabic, I like the names : Zaid (der), Hamza, Mazin... I like Adam and Noah also.

In Arabic for girls, I like: um. Manal, Manar, and that's about it.
