Anyone with knowledge care to comment on this?
Since those who have knowledge have not commented, I am transliterating his Urdu_Punjabi(Purdu) nonsense and also translating it into English. Please reach your own conclusions.
"^Arsh par aaye to bashariyaat ka libaas utaar diya tha, aur jab ^arsh walon ko chodd kar laa (word unclear) mein gaye to nooraaniyat ka libas bhi utaar diya tha, ab kaunsa libaas re gaya? Hek hai, Hek hai, Hek kai...jeda ek ko do kar jaane wo kaafir te mushrik hai...
When he(saws) went to the Throne, he dropped the form of humanness, and when he left the Throne and went to (word unclear) he dropped the form of Light also....now what form is left? (they are) One, are One, are One...he who says that they are two(i.e. he who says that Allah and Muhammad(saws) are two separate entities) is a Disbeliever and Associator! (End of Translation)

That is crazy stuff. I thought these kind of foolish statements were only made by Barelwi laymen. But alas. I just checked it twice because I could not believe how a "Shaykh al-Islam" could utter such things.
And if he were to ask for a gentle lady in marriage, he would be refused, and when he leaves the world it does not miss him, and if he goes out, his going out is not noticed, and if he falls sick, he is not attended to, and if he dies, he is not accompanied to his grave.
Assalam Alaikum.
This is old stuff. I have heard several speeches of Tahir ul Qadri in which he has said this.
This is old news to you all but for myself and people who are generally unfamiliar with these views, this is straight up baffling...
Hearts are predisposed to love someone who does them good and to detest someone who does them harm.
