Today there's a common practice in the world that the Head of the State (President or King) enjoys the authority to pardon the prisoners of his country on some special occassion. If someone has committed the Murder or Rape or any Kabirah and get pardonned by the state head then what will be his standing in the light of Shariah? How would he be considered by Shariah?
