Brother this is the main point, following Quran & Authentic Sunnah withouth conditions.

Actually the condition is that you ask the people of knowledge if you do not know, as allah says 2 times and as every scholar agrees. That you must ask the scholars and follow them, if in fact you do not know, and you do not.

If you have a scholar who you trust who has the ability to do that and you want to follow him then okay, but it's a little bit strange to say the least of a person/scholar specifically following all 4 madhabs. Ahlul Sunnah for the most part have agreed with 4 madhabs individually as a means of ariving upon the truth, to say that we can combine all 4 is a gross infraction on the scholars of those madhabs and on the foundational rules that those madhabs set in place to obtain rulings.

Btw tell me which scholar you follow, if you don't mind.
I'm salafy so I follow the sunnah with the daleel, but no, I don't mind. My scholars are:

Abi Ishaaq Al-huwainy (I'm not sure if thats how you spell his name)
    Ibn Baaz
    Ibn Uthaimeen
    Ibn Jibreen

They all agree on the major concepts of Islam

I follow the Sunnah with daleel also.

Secondly, uthaymeen- and as far as i am aware ibn baaz and ibn jibreen did not follow all four madhabs. Their education and teaching was based upon the books of the Hanbali madhab and they selected the opinions of their sheikh as-sadi' and by doing so were following for the most part the opinions of ibn taymiyah who was also Hanbali.
Him(ibn taymiyah) going outside the madhab didn't mean he followed all four madhabs, it means he had the ability in his ijtihaad to do so.

And what do you mean they all agree on Major concepts, what does that have to do with this discussion?

I don't know how we got from how to pray for a new muslim to madhabs lol

What I meant by major concepts is that I knew you were going to say something about Ibn Baaz or Ibn Uthaimeen not following the same madhabs or something like that. but even though, they all agreed on the same thing for Hajj, Salah..etc. <-- That's what I meant by major concepts

I just think its not right for anyone to follow blindly ONE CERTAIN AND ONLY MADHAB while the some truths for things lie elsewhere. Rather he should follow that which he believes is the truth from all madhabs. I don't know, im not a master in this stuff, I just dont follow one specific thing. For example, Ibn Baaz didn't say niqab was fard, but I think it is and it was mostly agreed that it is also since this is a time of fitnah...(just an exmaple)while u said he didn't follow all four madhabs..etc

If I follow, lets say, madhab Abu Haneefah ,it doesnt mean that the madhab of Abu Haneefah is the sound madhhab or that every ijtihaad in it is correct, rather like other madhabs it contains some things that are correct and some that are incorrect. What the believer must do is to follow the truth and what is correct, regardless of who says it.

So I jst stick with the sunnah and Quran. If I'm uncertain bout something I read a lot about it and read all the diff views before I find the one that is mostly agreed on

Am I making sense? I never really thought too much of this until now or really read into it. So sorry if everything i wrote is jst blabber lol

Sister firaswagner. We don't know arabic & we only rely on translation to know what is saying / telling. Sister do u know what is telling in following line?

    আমি একে আরবী ভাষায় কোরআন রূপে অবতীর্ণ করেছি, যাতে তোমরা বুঝতে পার। (12:2)
