    السلام عليكم,

ما شاء الله, and excellent initiative, may Allah make it wildly successful in every way.

How is the conventional schooling syllabus being created? From scratch, or do you have some model?

I don't what grade 7 is? (I'm from UK) Is that like ages 3 until 12? If so, that's very good, getting the children ready for the future,

Keep some good books in the library if you will have one so they can get increase their literacy skills. Books on history are always good, especially Islamic history.

Here in the US, 7th grade is for kids around 12-13 years old - middle school.

I have homeschooled my kids and taught as a teacher . I have seen most of the books the British education system has to offer .In my opinion anyone homeschooling or cottage schooling as you put it or any one wanting their child to excell in their studies should use saxon maths books from USA .

Effortless teaching and easy learning .Maths becames childsplay and their books start at nursery take you above gcse level.
    All homeschoolers should use them!

Please do special prayers for us. My idea is that should we have a winning model then this can be duplicated elsewhere Insha Allah

    Assalaamu alaykum Moulana Saheb

I trust that you have been successful inshaa Allah with your efforts in Cottage Schooling. When I read about it I was very interested and impressed, because I do not find many parents who support this. As you have mentioned previously, there are Islamic Schools available, and I suppose most parents are satisfied with this, but I would like better for my children inshaa Allaah so I am strongly intending to start home - schooling with my own daughter inshaa Allaah.

Please would you give me some feedback on your experiences and advice on where to start, planning, methods and curriculum etc.

I am a mother of one, 5 month old girl. My husband and I have completed until standard 8 and 9 respectively and are alhamdulillaah, both students of Deen who have completed our Aalim course. I have experience in teaching at a Girls Madrasa for 2 years as well.

I would appreciate as much information and duaas as possible. Perhaps with enough research, support, and fikr and with Allaah's Nusrat, my husband and I can replicate the type of schooling you are doing, on this side of the world.

    Assalam Alaekum

I am considering to home school my kid (currently going to school in Grade 6). I will appreciate if you share your experiences with home schooling. In Pakistan we have two options for children passing middle school, that they can either do Metric (Grades IX and X) or do O'Levels. I am currently unsure of which approach to take if I start home schooling for my kid.

    Jazak'Allah Khair
